1. Heated inspection window: 

a fully transparent double heating film allows the 

test compartment to be easily and clearly inspected 

and prevents condensation from forming on the 

glass.

prevents any condensation drop from falling onto

Chamber lining:

invisibly placed under the door, it is extremely efficient.

80 mm dia. available on all models, 150 mm dia. not 

available for 16 l model 

Noise reduction system: 

installed in the machine compartment, it reduces the 

chamber noise. Further noise reduction may be provided 

upon request (with water condensation). 

Double ceiling and double floor: 

they allow a better air distribution inside the chamber 

avoiding condensation or dripping over the specimen. 

Air treatment system: 

it ensures a precise control of the climatic parameters 

inside the chamber with minimal thermal inertia; an axial 

fan allows rapid temperature variations of both air and 

specimen.

Refrigeration system: 

simple and reliable, it ensures optimum thermodynamic 

performances at any temperature. 

Network connection:

both local and remote centralised supervision, storage of 

test cycles and data logging. 

Structure: 

the equipment modularity allows easy servicing and 

upgrades. 

Ergonomics: 

it allows easy access to the chamber wherever placed; the 

control interface is mounted on the front panel; the water 

tank is easily filled from the lower front panel. 

Humidification system (climatic version): 

The new humidifier with a self contained heater and 

dedicated controlling S/W offers two great advantages: 

• correct functioning without the need of distilled or 

demineralised water; 

• the use of ‘dry’ vapour in order to avoid condensation 

on the specimens and to reproduce real environmental 

conditions. 

Humidity control (climatic version): the principle of the 

Assman psychrometer (dry bulb - wet bulb) was applied to 

allow the microprocessor to correctly determine relative 

humidity and setting parameters.

BENCH-TOP version 

The Sunrise bench-top is the smaller size of the Sunrise series. They have the same excellent performance of the larger 

chambers and maintain the same electrical and SW interface in order to integrate easily with other ACS chambers 

through the WinKratos SW and remote PC.They are intended for Environmental Testing of small specimens and can be 

positioned on the laboratory bench or on optional dedicated trolley. 

The chambers are mainly dedicated for temperature tests with the possibility to choose two temperature ranges (–40°C 

or –70°C up to +180°C). 

The biggest model can be equipped with humidity control system. 

They can be easily installed in any laboratory thanks to the light weight of the equipment, low noise and the possibility 

to plug it in the 230V single phase socket.

“SPEEDY” SERIES - The right chambers for the real Stress Screening 

The “speedy” is a chamber series that can perform stress 

screening tests according to the main Standards in this 

field. 

So those chambers can maintain what they promise 

without any trouble, thanks to powerful cooling units and 

ventilation systems that allow to stress the specimen as 

per the values measured on air. This is a “must” to ensure 

a correct stress screening and to avoid big difference 

between temperatures measured on air and on the 

specimen, that makes useless the test. 

ESS has been developed to help manufacturers detecting 

product defects and production flaws. Screening can force 

infancy board and component failures that would 

otherwise occur after final assembly and product delivery, 

and potentially during the warranty period.

The Dewppy chamber differs from the other series by its humidification system. The control of the relative humidity is 

done by means of a bath thermoregulated at dew point. 

These chambers mainly satisfy the needs for severe climatic tests where a high stability and precision of Relative

V SERIES | BIO-CHAMBERS 

Control system 

By two (2) electronic controllers with digital display (one for 

temperature complete with a PT 100 probe and one for 

humidity complete with capacitive probe) based on P.I.D. 

regulation system. Alarm for: open door, maximum pressure 

and maximum internal temperature. 

If requested, the regulation can be carried out by the PLC 

electronic programmer for humidity and temperature cycle 

operation 

Purpose 

Sunrise700 V and 1500 V are primarily used for stability 

tests in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector. The small 

external dimensions, easy use, reduced consumption of 

energy and high reliability of the chambers are the main 

characteristics for use in research laboratories. All the 

models proposed comply with ICH regulations. 

Chamber configuration 

Back doors are provided with external lock and key. 

Internal double doors with toughened glass. Internal 

chamber in stainless steel AISI 304 with internal round 

off corners for easy cleaning and disinfection. Height 

adjustable plasticized steel internal shelves. 

Air treatment system 

Copper tube battery evaporator, smooth tube for 

excellent dehumidification, low pressure steam 

generator (demineralised water at Customer care), 

electrical heaters and centrifugal blower for air 

circulation. 

Refrigeration unit 

Completely sealed, with silent hermetic compressors 

using ecologically friendly refrigerants. The air 

condenser is installed in the machine compartment.
