The above described production capacity by maker correspond to capacity based on year-end. Based on the end of 2008, Nitto<br />
Denko secure over 32% capacity globally followed by Taiwan-based Optimax in No.2 ranking with 15% share globally. But<br />
Optimax plans to only operate Pingzen line from June 2009. LG Chemical secures about 15% share and as the graph illustrates, 5<br />
high ranking makers (No.1 – No.5) combined share exceeds 80% suggesting large dependence on supply capacity from leading<br />
makers.<br />
