‘‘(D) TRANSPARENCY AND DISCLO-<br />
SURES.—<br />
‘‘(i) DISCLOSURES.—Not later than<br />
90 days after receipt <strong>of</strong> a submission <strong>of</strong> a<br />
model under subsection (c) by an entity,<br />
the APM contracting entity shall submit to<br />
the Secretary and such entity and make<br />
publicly available a notification on whether<br />
or not, and if so how, the model meets criteria<br />
for recommending such model under<br />
subparagraph (A), including whether or<br />
