‘‘(ii) based on the criteria described in<br />
subparagraph (C), Alternative Payment<br />
Models submitted under subsection (c) for<br />
purposes <strong>of</strong> implementation under subsection<br />
(f), without evaluation through<br />
such a demonstration program.<br />
Such a recommendation may be made with respect<br />
to a model for which a waiver would be<br />
required under paragraph (2).<br />
‘‘(B) CRITERIA FOR RECOMMENDING MOD-<br />
ELS FOR DEMONSTRATION.—The APM contracting<br />
entity shall make a recommendation<br />
under subparagraph (A)(i), with respect to an<br />
Alternative Payment Model, only if the entity<br />
determines that the model satisfies each <strong>of</strong> the<br />
following criteria:<br />
‘‘(i) The model has been supported by<br />
meaningful clinical and non-clinical data,<br />
with respect to a sufficient population sample,<br />
that indicates the model would be successful<br />
at addressing each <strong>of</strong> the abilities<br />
described in clause (v).<br />
‘‘(ii) (I) In the case <strong>of</strong> a model that<br />
has already been evaluated and supported<br />
by data with respect to a population <strong>of</strong> in-<br />
