‘‘(C) TRANSFER OF FUNDS.—The Sec-<br />
6 retary shall provide for the transfer <strong>of</strong><br />
7 $100,000,000 from the Federal Supplementary<br />
8 Medical Insurance Trust Fund established in<br />
9 section 1841 to the Center for Medicare & Med-<br />
10 icaid Services Program Management Account to<br />
11 support such efforts to develop the infrastruc-<br />
12 ture as necessary to carry out subsection (k)(9)<br />
13 and this subsection and for purposes <strong>of</strong> section<br />
14 1889(h). Such funds shall be so transferred on<br />
15 the date <strong>of</strong> the enactment <strong>of</strong> this subsection<br />
16 and shall remain available until expended.’’.<br />

(B) INCENTIVE TO REPORT UNDER UIP.—<br />
Section 1848(a)(8)(A) <strong>of</strong> the Social Security<br />
Act is amended—<br />
(i) in clause (i), by striking ‘‘With respect<br />
to’’ and inserting ‘‘Subject to clause<br />
(iii), with respect to’’; and<br />
(ii) by adding at the end the following<br />
new clause:<br />
