but at least quarterly, to each eligible pr<strong>of</strong>essional<br />
feedback—<br />
‘‘(I) on the performance <strong>of</strong> such<br />
provider with respect to quality measures<br />
and clinical practice improvement<br />
activities within the final quality<br />
measure set published under subsection<br />
(k)(9)(F) for the applicable<br />
performance period and the peer cohort<br />
<strong>of</strong> such pr<strong>of</strong>essional; and<br />
‘‘(II) to assess the progress <strong>of</strong><br />
