‘‘(II) modified final quality measure<br />

For purposes <strong>of</strong> this subsection and subsection<br />
(q), a final quality measure set, as<br />
modified under this subparagraph, shall be<br />
treated in the same manner as a final<br />
quality measure set published under subparagraph<br />
(F).<br />
‘‘(iv) TRANSPARENCY.—<br />
‘‘(I) NOTIFICATION REQUIRED<br />
FOR CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS.—In<br />
the case <strong>of</strong> a modification under<br />
clause (iii)(II) that adds, materially<br />
changes, or removes a measure or activity<br />
from a measure set, such modification<br />
shall not apply under this<br />
