‘‘(G) PERIODIC REVIEW AND UPDATES.—<br />
‘‘(i) IN GENERAL.—In carrying out<br />
this paragraph, under the system under<br />
this subsection, there shall periodically be<br />
reviewed—<br />
‘‘(I) the quality measures and<br />
clinical practice improvement activities<br />
selected for inclusion in final quality<br />
measure sets under this paragraph for<br />
each year such measures and activities<br />
are to be applied under this subsection<br />
or subsection (q) to ensure<br />
that such measures and activities continue<br />
to meet the conditions applicable<br />
to such measures and activities for<br />
such selection; and<br />
‘‘(II) the final quality measures<br />
sets published under subparagraph<br />
(F) for each year such sets are to be<br />
applied to peer cohorts <strong>of</strong> eligible pr<strong>of</strong>essionals<br />
to ensure that each applicable<br />
