Flooding: Drainage & Watercourses Norwell Parish Council Dykes, ditches and land drains have been poorly maintained. Gully cleaning reduced from 4 times a year to once. Increased number of properties in Norwell however outflow capacity remains the same. Rampton Parish Council A number of properties were flooded. Untreated sewage flowing back up pipes and into homes. One property flooded, six gardens, electrical failure including the pumping station, several roads were flooded. Blocked ditches and dykes.
