• Whether or not the office is accepting new
patients
This directory contains a listing of primary care
dentists only. Please refer to your enrollment
information for details on coverage for specialty
care.

You can have confidence knowing you are
receiving care from dentists who have been
carefully selected for participation in our network.
All network dentists undergo a rigorous review
and credentialing process prior to being accepted
into our network, which includes the following
major elements:

• Licensure, certification and other regulatory
considerations
• Malpractice history
This process confirms that each dentist has the
required credentials to participate in the network.
