Ervin Graf founded <strong>Stockland</strong> in<br />

1952 with the vision to “not merely<br />

Pursuing that vision has seen us grow<br />

to become one of Australia’s leading<br />

diversified property groups – developing<br />

and managing a large portfolio of<br />

residential community, apartment,<br />

retirement living, retail, office and<br />

Commercial Property<br />

Retail<br />

We are one of the largest retail property<br />

owners, managers and developers in<br />

Australia. Our retail portfolio comprises<br />

40 retail centres valued at approximately<br />

$4.0 billion.<br />

Office<br />

Our office portfolio comprises<br />

31 properties valued at $2.6 billion. Our<br />

track record of high portfolio occupancy<br />

levels, solid tenant retention and leasing<br />

results demonstrates the benefits of our<br />

commitment to strong tenant relationships.<br />

Industrial<br />

Our industrial portfolio is valued<br />

at $1.0 billion, with 17 properties,<br />

incorporating over one million square<br />

metres of building area. Our properties are<br />

strategically positioned in key locations for<br />

logistics, infrastructure and employment.<br />

Residential<br />

Residential Communities<br />

We are the leading residential developer<br />

in Australia. We are focused on delivering<br />

a range of masterplanned and mixed-use<br />

communities in growth areas across the<br />

country. We have 65,700 lots and projects<br />

with a total end value of approximately<br />

$15.9 billion.<br />

Apartments<br />

We have a range of quality apartment<br />

projects in high profile locations<br />

across Australia, with an end value<br />

of approximately $1.3 billion. In June 2009<br />

we announced that we will trade-out of<br />

our existing apartments projects.<br />

Retirement Living<br />

We are established as a top five retirement<br />

living operator within Australia, with<br />

3,974 established units across Victoria and<br />

Queensland. Our portfolio also includes<br />

a short to medium-term development<br />

pipeline of over 2,800 units.<br />

Our UK business has a portfolio spanning<br />

In August 2009 we announced an<br />

orderly withdrawal from the UK market,<br />
