Meaningful Use / Quality Measures Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a national initiative also supported by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority and other payers. The PCMH emphasizes care that is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, family-centered, coordinated, compassionate and culturally sensitive. A SMRTNET membership supports all 15 clinical aspects in the tier 3 selfevaluation to qualify for enhanced payments.
