Standard HIE Service
HIE Platform
This service provides unlimited web
based access through all device types.
Each provider login includes access for
2 support staff.
Connects and aggregates patient data
from disparate systems across
multiple facilities and organizations.
Master Person Index, Reporting are
served through this platform.
One Direct Messaging account is
provided per provider account.
Standard Servlet Service
The Standard Portlet Service includes
all web access provided with SMRTNET
Standard HIE Service and includes HIE
access for one provider login with one
support staff login per provider.
A one time connection fee of $3,500 is
required for Integration with EMR
provider.
No future fees for upgrades and
maintenance.
Group purchasing options may be
available for Standard Portlet Service.
Custom Servlet Service
The Custom Portlet Service includes all
web access provided with Standard HIE
Service with a custom interface for
single or bi-directional data transfer to
an non-IHE standards EHR connection.
HIE Access for one provider with one
support staff login is included per
login.
A one time connection fee is required
for Integration with EMR provider.
No future fees for upgrades and
maintenance.
