• Grilled Baby Pork Ribs
There’s always something new
at Fusion Grill restaurant.
Located at Brighton Square in
Jalan Song, the restaurant has been
serving up mouth-watering fusion
dishes that combine flavours of the
western world with those of Asia,
particularly Korea.
Famous for its Korean Style Barbecue,
which incorporates infrared
technology, allowing you to grill your
selection of meats, sausages and
vegetables on both sides at a time,
the outlet is a favourite among many,
especially Koreans who simply can’t
resist the taste of Fusion Grill.
The outlet recently added new items
to its menu, offering a wider variety
for diners. Divine and no less than
decadent, the Grilled Baby Pork Ribs
are a definite must-try. The ribs have a
good amount of char-flavour to them,
and are still tender and juicy inside.
These are accompanied by a sweet and
savoury home-made barbecue sauce
that also goes nicely with the potato
wedges that come served with the ribs.
A hit with the kids and adults alike, the
Fusion King Burger is a humongous
sandwich the size of a dinner plate. But
don’t be alarmed by the size of it, as
you can always share the burger with
two or three other friends.
The burger features pork or beef
patty, with cheese on top, served on
a bed of fresh lettuce leaves. These
are sandwiched between two halves
of a fragrant and fluffy homemade
bun. And if that isn’t enough, the
huge burger also comes served with
potato wedges.
Fusion Grill has also introduced its
lunch menu, featuring more delectable
dishes, including boneless chicken
served with rice and vegetables. This is
not your usual chicken chop with rice,
as the chicken is topped with a sweet
and tangy jam, called Honey Citron Tea
- a product of Korea. The beauty of the
Honey Citron Tea is that it is not overly
sweet, and can be enjoyed in many
ways. You can spread it over toast like
marmalade, use it as a marinade for
meats, mix it with warm water and
drink it to cure your flu or cold, or you
can even add some ice for a refreshing
citrus drink.

Breakfast is also available at Fusion
Grill, with a variety of breakfast items
to choose from. Items like egg with
bacon and toast are sure to give
you all the energy you need to get
through the day.
