Economic Development Corporation<br />
(SEDC) to pinpoint alternative sites<br />
for future growth. Hence their<br />
Bandar Baru (New Township) at Kota<br />
Samarahan just on the outskirt of the<br />
city limit, is the ideal area for new<br />
business and residential properties. In<br />
fact, the first two phases of the grand<br />
plan had already been completed<br />
and today business in the area is<br />

Another interesting project under the<br />
SEDC is the Kilang Teres Bako, located<br />
at Jalan Bako, just 7km from the Senari<br />
Port on the outskirts of the Demak<br />

Terrace Factories completed and ready<br />
for businesses. The Industrial Premises<br />

sq.m (first floor) while the Terrace<br />
Factories have built-up areas of 196.7<br />
sq.m (ground floor) and 43.9 sq.m<br />
(first floor). Currently, selling price of<br />
these units range from RM280,000 to<br />
RM450,000 for the Terrace Factories<br />
and RM400,000 to RM450,000 for<br />
Industrial Premises respectively.<br />
