Kuching, capital city of
Sarawak, has very limited
areas for growth of new
townships due to the limited spaces

Economic Development Corporation
(SEDC) to pinpoint alternative sites
for future growth. Hence their
Bandar Baru (New Township) at Kota
Samarahan just on the outskirt of the
city limit, is the ideal area for new
business and residential properties. In
fact, the first two phases of the grand
plan had already been completed
and today business in the area is
flourishing!

properties, Hock Peng Realty Sdn Bhd
is embarking on Phase 4 of the project,
