Individual Attendees: If you do not have a scholarship to attend, you are responsible for<br />

making your own hotel reservations. Out-of-town delegates are encouraged to stay at the<br />

Delta Chelsea, which is just one elevator ride away from meetings. Please make your<br />

Scholarship Recipients<br />

<strong>Accommodations</strong><br />

Accommodation costs covered by a scholarship will be paid for directly by CAS to the Delta<br />

Chelsea. Reservations with the hotel will be coordinated through Bernice Aye, CAS Executive<br />

Assistant.<br />

Recipients will be offered the opportunity to share a room without charge, or will receive a<br />

credit of up to 50% on a single room rate. Further details will be sent directly to you.<br />

Travel<br />

Scholarship recipients whose travel costs are covered are to book their travel plans with the<br />

CAS travel agent, Julie Charron, Uniglobe Aquavacs Travel (details above). The travel costs<br />

will be awarded in the form of a credit with CAS’ travel agency. Booking information <strong>and</strong> any<br />

restrictions will be provided to successful applicants.<br />

Arrival at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport<br />

Please note that if you are arriving to or departing from the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport,<br />

you must take a 90-second ferry ride to <strong>and</strong> from the mainl<strong>and</strong>. The ferry is free for<br />

There is no shuttle service offered from the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to the Delta<br />

Chelsea. There is a complimentary shuttle bus to <strong>and</strong> from Billy Bishop approximately every<br />

15 minutes at the west entrance of the Fairmont Royal York Hotel (100 Front Street West,<br />

Toronto, ON M5J 1E4) approx 2 km from the Delta Chelsea.<br />

Arrival at Toronto Pearson International Airport<br />

Airport Express provides comfortable <strong>and</strong> reliable ground transportation between the Lester<br />

B. Pearson International Airport <strong>and</strong> some hotels in downtown Toronto. The shuttle departs<br />

from Terminal 3 daily at 20 & 50 minutes after the hour, <strong>and</strong> stops at Terminal 1 at 25 & 55<br />

minutes after the hour before heading downtown. The main route service operates between<br />

5:20 AM to 12:50 AM.<br />
