1. Functional changes<br />

1.1. Comments on processing Source Messages/NtMs.<br />
Do not work for messages dispatched to <strong>Editor</strong> from Feature object database.<br />
1.2. GML Export<br />
<strong>dKart</strong> <strong>Editor</strong> do now support export of S57/ENC to GML directly.<br />
Supported GML format is limited to GML Ver. 2.1.1<br />
1.3. Substitute “overview.dcf” with national coverage file.<br />
The file “C:\Program files\<strong>dKart</strong> Office\<strong>dKart</strong> <strong>Editor</strong> <strong>2.4</strong>\overview.dcf” may now be replaced<br />
by a nationally created background chart. The “overview.dcf” file is used as background<br />
coverage for <strong>dKart</strong> <strong>Editor</strong> in Browser mode.<br />
1.4. File name displayed for chart loaded in background chart tree.<br />
The background chart tree display the file name of loaded file in background chart tree<br />
window<br />

2. Incident fixes<br />

2.1. Wrong ISO-8211 encoding of NTXTDS (should be encoded as NATF record)<br />
File references made to national text description file, was stored in ATTF field of the<br />
object. This is corrected and is now stored in NATF field.<br />
2.2. Presentation of linear objects (for custom dictionaries)<br />
Linear objects have no default presentation (for custom dictionaries an object with<br />
undefined presentation should have “question” presentation)<br />
2.3. Correct border coordinates in Background chart tree.<br />
Fixed a problem where border coordinates for chart loaded in background chart tree was<br />
displayed wrong.<br />
<strong>2.4</strong>. Problem with Gauss-Krueger raster loading<br />
When Gauss-Krueger raster was loaded into the Chart <strong>Editor</strong> window, panning and scaling<br />
the vector chart could result in damaged (partial) chart presentation<br />
2.5. Memory handling – Updater mode<br />
Memory leak in Updater module (a query results in consumption of memory and USER<br />
objects which may lead to the program crash after several queries)<br />
2.6. Coordinate table – from background chart tree<br />
Coordinate table shows incorrect coordinate values for objects of background chart<br />
