TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This offer is valid for qualifying purchases of the Epson Livingstation 47" or 57" purchased in
the U.S.A. (and Puerto Rico) or Canada by the first end user only. Offer applies to product purchased from September 27,
2004 to June 30, 2005. Claim submission must include 1) completed coupon; 2) valid invoice or receipt of purchase.
Claim must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2005, and received no later than August 15, 2005. Products purchased
for resale are not eligible. Rebate cannot be combined with any other Epson rebate or offer. Epson and its agents have the
right to substantiate sales receipts and serial numbers and to reject claims that do not comply with these offer terms.
Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Offer is not transferable. Please
submit only one coupon per Epson product purchased. Epson is not responsible for lost, invalid, incomplete, stolen or
misdirected submissions. Rebate payable in U.S. dollars only. Any applicable Canadian sales taxes are included in the
rebate face value. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. Epson cannot
deliver rebate checks to P.O. boxes. No substitutions or rainchecks. Claim will not be accepted if product was acquired
from a retailer where the rebate amount was deducted at the time of purchase. Some retailers may require use of their
own in-store coupon, rather than this coupon, to claim this rebate. Please check with the retailer at time of purchase. You
should receive your rebate within 8 weeks from receipt of a properly completed claim. Keep copies of all materials submitted;
