Cash Flow Management
The company gives utmost importance to its positive cash flows and controls its financing and investing
activities accordingly. Company and segment level analysis of cash flows are performed on a monthly
basis against budgets and forecasts and corrective actions are taken where necessary. A certain
percentage of variable income of employees is based on positive cash flows in their areas of
responsibility.
