30. RELATED PARTY BALANCE AND TRANSACTIONS
The Bank is controlled by Canadia Investment Holding Plc incorporated in Cambodia, which owns 100%
the Bank's shares.
A number of banking transactions are entered into with related parties in the normal course of business.
These include loans, deposits and foreign currency transactions.
The volumes of related-party transactions, outstanding balances at the year-end, and relating expense and
income for the year are as follows:
