The estimated total capital expenditure of the Bank's new head office building has been revised to
approximately US$27.7 million, of which the cost incurred and capitalised under property and equipment
to date is US$20.0 million. Out of the US$7.7 million of remaining capital expenditure, an amount of US$6.2
million has been contracted for.
