Picasso Ceramics

Dustin Shum: Blocks Phase II
As the man behind the camera,
Shum—The Salt Yard co-founder—
has documented public housing
units all across the city in their
quirky jumble of old and new, in
an attempt to bring to light the
problems faced by residents. Shum
critiques The Link REIT in particular,
which has replaced many small
local businesses with giant chain
stores and restaurants. Through

Punk+
This exhibition features works by
the legendary photographer Sheila
Rock. She befriended scores of
young musicians: and with camera
in hand, she was quietly swept up
in a movement that soon became
known to the world as punk. Catch
her photos of the greats before they
became the greats: The Clash, Billy
Idol, Siouxsie Sioux and many more.

Die Young
Hong Kong’s artist trio du jour,
Rental United, bands together for a
retrospective show of sorts. While
not really performance artists per se,
the group always brings some sort
of quirky happening to exhibitions:
Such as when they dressed up in
wedding garb and took absurdly tiny
professional wedding portraits, as a
trio. Or when they stood posing on
pedestals to allow viewers to study
them as artforms. “Die Young” looks
back at these moments which have
“passed away,” bringing back only
the remnants of each show as a
