The installation shall conform to the requirements of AMD Standard 004. A rear cot hook shall be supplied
and installed properly.

There shall be two (2) CPI #2008 rubber fold down style brackets with Velcro retaining straps securely fastened
to the headliner: (1) over the primary cot and (1) over the squad bench.

Oxygen, Main Supply
The ambulance shall have a hospital type piped oxygen system capable of storing and supplying a minimum of
3000 liters of medical oxygen. The cylinder controls shall be accessible from inside the vehicle. The pressure
gauge shall be mounted in the action area. Oxygen shall be piped to self-sealing oxygen Ohio outlet stations
located one in the action area and one above the squad bench. The oxygen system shall have an electrically
operated valve with manual over ride switch located on the wall of the action area.

Oxygen Tank Retention System
A Zico O2 lift that shall secure an “H” or “M”-size oxygen cylinder shall be installed in the exterior oxygen
compartment. This retention system shall be installed and comply with AMD Standard 003.
