All compartment joints must be sealed after MIG or TIG welding.<br />

Each compartment shall be vented with a minimum of one (1) exhaust vent to aid in closing the doors. The<br />

vents shall have “one way” valves to allow free flow of air when the doors are being closed but minimize entry<br />

of dust, moisture, or other contaminants.<br />

Matte-Flex Protection<br />

All exterior compartment floors and shelves will be covered with Matte-flex grated material to protect<br />

equipment and prevent premature wear and tear on either the floor or equipment stored within.<br />

Compartment Shelving<br />

Outside compartment shall have the following minimum requirements:<br />

(A). All shelving to be fabricated from .125" diamond-plate with retainer lips of 1" in height showing diamondplate<br />

on exposed surface.<br />

(B). Shelving shall be supported by four (4) heavy duty angle brackets attached to four (4) full height formed<br />

vertical channel tracks (2 per side). Interior flanges of channel bracket to be serrated to insure positive locking<br />

of shelf position and prevent shakedown of shelving during transit under heavy loads. Shelves will be<br />

positioned as follows:<br />

(C). Easy adjustment of shelf position to be accomplished by loosening four (4) bolts.<br />
