Tires and Rims The vehicle shall be equipped with radial black sidewall tires. The OEM manufacturer's standard steel vented rims will be provided. The four exposed wheels shall have Phoenix Stainless Steel Simulators to provide an attractive easy to clean exterior surface. The rear wheels shall have stainless braided valve extenders. It shall be constructed to allow easy access to the specified gauges, controls and switches as required by these specifications. This console shall be mounted between the drivers and passenger seats. It shall also contain 2 large cup holders, and an approximately 6” space with a divider for maps etc. It shall not interfere with the operation of any dash-mounted controls or passenger-side airbag. The console switch panel will incorporate plug in switches and shall be connected to the master printed circuit board by a single cable with quickdisconnect, computer-type plug-in connections, in order to minimize the number of electrical components and connections. There shall be no electrical components for this console mounted in the vehicle dash. Consoles mounted overhead are unacceptable since they require the driver to look away from the road.
