Mark III Employee Benefits
o The incentive for employees to participate in the
wellness program will continue to be a Discounted
Rate structure.
o To maintain the Discounted Rates, the employee must:
Complete the Biometrics conducted by County Clinic,
health risk assessment and be a non-tobacco user.
This creates a Biometric baseline.
