If any manufacturer submittes the original invoice or quality assurance document which declaretes that
the items have been prodcuced in accordance with technical specs; these documents shall be prevailed as
C.O.C. document.In such case, since the original invoice shall be submitted to the administration, the
inspections will be made based on the copy of invoice and this condition shall not be concerned as a
lameness.
Yüklenici, kendi dizayn otoritesi olduğu asamble/alt sistem/ana silah sistemine ait malzemeler için
proforma faturada belirttiği üretici yerine kendi C.O.C belgesini verebilecektir.
For the items which pertain to an assembly/sub system/main weapon system; the manufacturers,
which they are the Desing Authorities, may submit their own C.O.C.
Şayet hem orijinal malzeme üreticisi hem de yetkilendirdiği üreticisi bulunmuyor ve üretim başka bir
kaynakta yaptırılıyor ise;
If both the original material manufacturer and his authorized manufacturer is not available and the
production is made by another source;
a. OEM/yetkilendirilmiş üreticinin bulunmadığına dair ilgili ülke ticari ataşesi vasıtasıyla alınacak
belge,
b. Ürünü üreten (OEM olmayan) firma/kuruluşun üretilen ürünün ulusal/uluslar arası kalite güvence
belgesi, (ISO 9001, AQAP vb.) ,
c. Yukarıda belirtilen kalite güvence belgelerine ilave CEN/CENELEC, ISO vb. ilgili kurumlar
tarafından yayımlanan ve geçerliliği olan ve ürüne ilişkin teknik gereklilikleri karşıladığını gösteren uygunluk
belgesi,
d. Ürüne ilişkin fonksiyonel verilerin karşılandığını gösteren standart dokümanların bulunmaması
durumunda, firma/kurum tarafından oluşturulan teknik verilere ilişkin şartname ile teknik verilerin
ulusal/uluslar arası kriterlere göre ölçüm/muayene/test sonuçlarını gösterir belgeler,
Belgelerin birer orijinal damgalı fotokopileri de malzemeler ile birlikte de gönderilecektir
(Ana üreticiler hariç olmak üzere Belgeler konsolosluk veya TİCARET ODASINDAN onaylı olacaktır) FAA
8130-3 (Approved design data and are in a condition for safe operation hanesi onaylanmış olacak) veya
JAA FORM ONE (Airworthiness bölümü onaylı olacak) formlarının yanlızca kopyası yeterli olacaktır.
a. The document received via relevant country commerce attaché proving that the OEM/licensed
manufacturer is not available.
b. National/International Quality Assurance Certificate (ISO 9001, AQAP etc.) of the product of the
firm/institution (not OEM).
c. In addition to the above-mentioned quality assurance certificates, valid certificate of conformance
published by related institutions like CEN/CENELEC, ISO etc.and showing that it meets the technical
requirements regarding the product.
d. If the standart documents showing the functional datas concerning the product are met, are not
available, the documents showing the measurement/inspection/test results in accordance with the
specification of technical datas provided by the firm/institution and national/international criteria of technical
datas.
Each originally marked copies of the documents shall be sent with them.
(The documents except the manufacturers shall be approved by the Turkish Consulate or the CHAMBER
OF COMMERCE). The copies of forms FAA-8130-3 (Approved design data and are in a condition for safe
operation part shall be approved )and JAA FORM ONE (Airworthiness part shall be approved) shall be
sufficient.
