APPENDIX-3 BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP DECLARATION Tender Registry Number In order to submit a mutual bid for the [name of work] work put up for tender by [name of Contracting Entity], and with the aim of executing and completing the work after agreement if the said work is granted to us, we have formed a special joint venture.
