tender document in order to participate in bidding.
4.2. İhale Dokümanları talep edilmesi halinde istekliye CD ortamında verilebilecek olup, teslim
edilen CD`nin numarası Dizi Pusulası üzerine yazılır. İhale dokümanı CD’sinde eksiklik veya hata
olması durumunda idarede basılı ihale dokümanı geçerlidir.
In the event that the solicitation package may be given in CD format on the demand of the
tenderer, the number of the given CD shall appear on the list of contents. In case there appears a
fault on the content of the CD, the hard copies at the Contracting Entity will be valid.
4.3. İstekli, ihale dokümanını oluşturan belgelerin aslına uygunluğunu ve belgelerin tamam olup
olmadığını kontrol eder. Kontrolü müteakip; ihale dokümanını oluşturan belgelerin teslim alındığına
dair, biri istekliye verilmek üzere 2 (iki) nüsha imzalı standart form düzenlenir. Standart form
üzerine, istekli tarafından teslim alınan ihale dokümanı CD’sinin numarası yazılacaktır
The tenderer shall check the conformity of all the documents with their respective originals and
their completeness on the list of contents. Following this control; tenderer delivers a signed list
confirming that the Tenderer has received all of the documents in line with the originals. The
number of CD of the Tender Document received by tenderer shall be written on the standard
form.
4.4. İhale Dokümanı internette www.hvlojk.tsk.tr adresinde ücretsiz olarak görülebilir ve
indirilebilir. İhale dokümanını internetten tedarik eden isteklinin, idarenin belgegeçerini kendi
tebligat adresini aynı gün bildirmesi gerekmektedir. Adresini bildirmeyen ve olabilecek değişikliği
(zeyilname, idarenin uygun görmesi halinde yapılacak açıklama, düzeltme ilanı v.b.) internette
takip etmeyen istekliler yapılan değişiklikten dolayı bilgi sahibi olmaması durumunda idareden
herhangi bir hak talebinde bulunamaz.
The tender document is available at www.hvlojk.tsk.tr web site and can be downloaded free of
charge. The tenderer who acquires the tender document from the internet shall notify the
Contracting Entity regarding his corresponding address via The Contracting Entity’s fax. The
tenderers who did not notify their address and did not follow any possible amendment (annex,
statement approved by the Contracting Entity or correction etc.) on web site shall not claim any
right from the Contracting Entity due to being failed to be informed of that amendment.
5. İHALE DOKÜMANININ KAPSAMI/SCOPE OF TENDER DOCUMENT

5.1.2. İhtiyaç Listesi,/Requirement list
5.1.3. Sözleşme Tasarısı /Draft contract
ile bunların EK’lerinde yer alan belgelerden oluşmaktadır. / and the documents included in the

5.2. Ayrıca, bu Şartnamenin ilgili hükümleri gereğince, İdarenin düzenleyeceği zeyilnameler ile
isteklilerin yazılı talebi üzerine İdare tarafından yapılan yazılı açıklamalar, ihale dokümanının
bağlayıcı bir parçasıdır.
In addition, all annexes designed in accordance with the related articles of this Specification and all
written statements made by the Contracting Entity upon the request of the tenderers constitute a
binding part of the tender document.
5.3. İstekli tarafından, ihale dokümanının içeriği dikkatli bir şekilde incelenmelidir. Teklifin
verilmesine ilişkin şartların yerine getirilmemesinden kaynaklanan sorumluluk, teklif verene aittir.
İhale dokümanında öngörülen kriterlere ve şekil kurallarına uygun olmayan teklifler
değerlendirmeye alınmaz.
It is essential that the Tenderer examines the whole scope of the above-mentioned documents.
Any responsibility arising from failures in the submission of bids shall lie with the tenderer. The bids
failing to comply with the form and scope specified and defined in the tender document shall not be
evaluated.
