for protection against all weather conditions, handling and loading, intermediate storage, damage,
corrosion and deformation shall be taken. Such measures taken for secure transportation shall be
the same as with the shipping measures employed in air/maritime transportation by the
manufacturer of the good or authorized Seller for delivery in terms of FOB/FCA/CIF/DELIVERY
POINT and delivery port.
55.3. Yukarıda belirtilen şekilde ambalajlanmış bulunan malzeme uygun miktarlarda
FOB/FCA/TESLİM YERİNE teslim limanına göre hava/deniz aşırı sevkıyatlarda maruz
kalınabilecek bütün risklere, indirme ve bindirmeye, kırılmaya, çatlamaya, ara depolamaya
tamamen mukavim, su geçirmez, sağlam ambalajlar içerisine konulacaktır. Teslim sırasında
ambalajlarda kırık veya çatlak hiçbir kusur bulunmayacaktır.
The goods packed in the way specified above shall be placed in waterproof and secure packages
resistant to risks, unloading and loading, breaking, cracking and intermediate storage. During
delivery, any crack or break shall not be observed in the packages.
55.4. Her ambalaj için bir paket listesi ve yapılan sevke ait bir fatura hazırlanacaktır. Bu paket
listesi ile fatura, garanti, kalite kontrol/uygunluk ve malzemenin özelliğine göre her bir kalem
malzeme için kalibre, teknik analiz raporu vb. belgelerinden birer sureti ambalaj içerisine, birer
sureti ise su geçirmez bir zarf içine konulduktan sonra sandığın dışına düşmeyecek şekilde tespit
edilecektir.
A packing list for every package and an invoice for every shipping shall be designed. In addition to
this packing list, a copy of invoice, quality control/ certificate of conformance, calibration or
technical analysis test results in terms of the characteristics of the good per item shall be put in
each package and also a copy of each of those shall be placed in a waterproof envelope and
affixed to the outer surface of each crate.
55.5. Muhteviyat listesinde sevk faturasına tamamen uygun şekilde ambalajın içinde bulunan
malzemenin sıra numaraları, cins ve miktarları, net ve brüt ağırlıkları ve varsa N.S.N. parça
numaraları ile Türkiye'deki teslim yeri gösterilecektir. Ayrıca söz konusu muhteviyat listesinin bir
sureti HAVA LOJİSTİK KOMUTANLIĞI Kay.Ynt.Kont.D.Bşk.lığına Etimesgut-Ankara/TÜRKİYE
gönderilecektir.
The number of the good, type and quantity, net and gross weights and N.S.N part numbers, if any,
as well as the delivery point in Turkey shall be stated in the list of contents which shall be in full
conformity with the shipping invoice. Besides, a copy of the list of contents shall be sent to HAVA
LOJISTIK KOMUTANLIGI KAYNAK YONETIM VE KONTRAT DARE BASKANLIGI ETIMESGUT-
ANKARA /TURKEY.
55.6. Ambalaj üzerinde ve paket listelerinde ambalaj boyutları, hacmi ve ağırlıkları ile YÜKLENİCİ
firma adresi ve teslim birliği adresi belirtilecektir.
The dimensions, volumes and weights of the packages as well as the address of the Contractor
company and delivery military unit shall be underlined in the packages and packing lists.
55.7. Malzeme orijinal ambalajları içerisinde teslim edilecektir. Orijinal ambalajı olmayan
malzemeler özelliğine göre adet bazında veya paket içerisinde ambalajlanacak ve hazırlanan her
bir ambalaj üzerinde malzemeye ait hüviyet bilgileri (S/N, P/N, ADI, ÜRETİCİ(MFRC), İMAL
TARİHİ, MİADI, VS.) mutlaka bulunacaktır. Aksi takdirde malzeme tesellüm/muayene sırasında
reddedilebilecektir.
The goods shall be delivered in their original packages. The goods having no original package
shall be packed per item or within a package according to the characteristics of the good and the
identification information of the good shall be written on every package (S/N, P/N,
NOMENCLEATURE, PRODUCTION DATE, EXPIRY DATE etc.), Otherwise, the good may be
rejected in the receipt/inspection .
55.8. Tehlikeli madde alımlarında malzemelerle birlikte gönderilmesi gereken, hava yolu
sevkiyatları için “Shipper’s declaration for dangerous goods.”, denizyolu sevkiyatları için “IMO
dangerous goods declaration.” formları ve diğer formlar IATA, IMO (International Maritime
Organisation), IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods), ISMJC 19 (International Safety
Management) kurallarına uygun doldurulacak ve malzeme ambalajları IATA, IMO, IMDG, ISMJC
19 standartları gözönünde bulundurularak hazırlanacaktır. Hazırlanacak bu formlar malzemeler ile
birlikte taşıyıcı acentaya teslim edilecektir
