52.2.12.1. Yüklenici, malını alıp yenisini getirmeyi/eksikliklerini gidermeyi tercih ettiği takdirde, son teslim tarihine kadar olmak kaydıyla bu hakkını 1 (bir) defa daha kullanabilir. Uygun çıkmayan mallar yerine yeniden getirilen malların muayene sonucunun da olumsuz çıkması durumunda yüklenici, idarenin deposundaki malın tamamını 15 (onbeş) gün süre içerisinde geri almak zorundadır. Yüklenici süresinde geri almadığı mallara ilişkin olarak idareden herhangi bir hak talebinde bulunamaz. If the Contractor prefers to replace the material/remove the failures, he can use this right for once until final delivery date. In the event that the inspection decision of new delivered items instead of the rejected items is negative, the Contractor is obliged to take back the whole rejected items within 15 (fifteen) days. The Contractor shall not claim any right for the items that will not be taken back in the period of time. 52.2.12.2. 52.2.14. İtiraz Muayenesi : Objection Inspection: 52.2.15.1 Yükleniciler, muayene sonucunda verilen red raporuna göre, idari şartnamenin 1 nci maddesinde belirtilen iş sahibi idareye, 15 (onbeş) gün içinde proje numarasını referans vermek suretiyle yazılı olarak itiraz edebilirler. In the technical specifications designed for the materials planned to be supplied according to the MIL-SPECs, MIL-SPECs are available as they are. MIL-SPECs include all controls and tests of the material during the whole manufacturing process. In case it is not possible for the Contracting Entity to intervene all of the tests, inspection shall be done acording to the final tests of the MILSPECS. 52.2.17.
