10’da belirtilen limanlardan bir tanesinin teslim yeri olarak belirlenememesi durumunda; İdarenin
onaylayacağı herhangi bir FOB/FCA teslim limanı bildirilecektir.
Foreign tenderers, provided that the quality , amount, weight and volume of the items are taken
into account, shall select FOB/FCA delivery and any proper port listed in APPENDIX-10 to which
Ministry of National Defense’s maritime transportation company has a service and/or any airport,
for deliveries via airway, to which the Turkish Air Lines (www.thy.com.tr) has a flight shall be stated
in the profoma invoice as the delivery point. In case the tenderer can not specify any of the ports
listed in APPENDIX-10 as the delivery point, a delivery point that shall be approved by the
Contracting Entity shall be specified.
48.2.1.1. ABD ve Kanada’dan yapılacak sevkıyatlarda teslim yeri MSB.lığının Freight Forwarder
(F/F) hizmeti yapan sözleşmeli şirketidir. F/F firmasının adresi aşağıda belirtilmiştir. ABD ve
Kanada’dan yapılacak sevkıyatlarda teslim şekli ve yeri FCA UTI United States Inc./NEW YORK
olarak teklif edilecektir. MSB.lığının Freight Forwarder (F/F) hizmeti yapan sözleşmeli firmasının
değişmesi halinde yeni firma adresi YÜKLENİCİ’ ye bildirilecek ve teslim yeri “FCA Yeni F/F
Adresi” olarak güncellenecektir. Taşıma MSB.’lığının anlaşmalı olduğu deniz taşıma şirketi veya
THY (Türk Hava Yolları) ile yapılacak ve navlun ve F/F hizmeti ücreti dahil olmak üzere
malzemenin F/F tarafından teslim alınmasına müteakip malzemenin Türkiye’deki son teslim
adresine gelinceye kadar oluşacak her türlü masraf İDARE’ ye ait olacaktır.
Delivery Point: Ministry of Defense’s (MoD) Freight Forwarder (F/F)`s address is undermentioned.
For the shipments to be made from the USA and Canada, the delivery point is MOD`s Freight
Forwarder (F/F)`s company. F/F`s address is undermentioned. For the shipments to be made from
the USA and Canada, the delivery term and delivery point shall be FCA : UTI United States
Inc./NEW YORK. If MoD’s Freight Forwarder (F/F) change then new F/F’s address shall be notified
to the CONTRACTOR and delivery term and delivery point shall be updated as FCA “New F/F’s
Address”. Transportation shall be taken care of either by the transportation fleet with which MoD
has a contract or by THY (Turkish Airlines)and, all charges to be occurred after receving the items
by the F/F until they arrive to the final adrees in Turkey, including freight and F/F charges, shall be
borne by the CONTRACTING ENTITY.

48.4. Teslimat malzemenin bütünlüğü bozulmadan tek parti halinde yapılabileceği gibi partiler
halinde de yapılabilecektir. Bu durum proforma faturada belirtilecektir.
Delivery could be made in one lot as well as in lots. This shall be specified in the proforma invoice.
48.5. Malzemelerin teslim yılları LAHİKA-13 teslimat programında belirtilmiştir. Bu programa
uymayan teklifler kabul edilmeyecektir.
