6.3.1.3. Yabancı dilde hazırlanan nüshanın apostille kaşesi taşıması halinde, Türkçe tercümesi<br />

In the event that the copy prepared in the foreign language has Apostille cachet, it shall be<br />
translated into Turkish by a sworn translator and be notarized.<br />
6.3.1.4. Yabancı dilde hazırlanan nüshanın Türk Konsolosluğunca veya Türk Dış İşleri<br />
Bakanlığınca onaylanması halinde Türkçe tercümesi de aynı makamlara onaylattırılabilecektir.<br />
Dolayısı ile teklife, idari şartnamenin ilgili maddeleri gereği her maddeye karşılık, orijinal dilinde<br />
hazırlanan belge ve onaylanmış Türkçe tercümesi olmak üzere iki adet belge eklenecektir.<br />
In the event that the copy prepared in the foreign language is approved by the Turkish Consulate<br />
or Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, its Turkish translation may also be approved by the same<br />
institutions. Therefore, in accordance with the related articles of the Administrative Specifications<br />
for each article, two documents, one prepared in its original language and the other, its approved<br />
Turkish translation shall be presented together with the bid.<br />
6.3.1.5. Yabancı dilde düzenlenen belgelerin tercümelerinin Türkiye’deki yeminli tercümanlar<br />
tarafından yapılması ve noter tarafından onaylanması halinde, bu tercümelerde başkaca bir tasdik<br />
şerhi aranmaz.<br />
In case the translation of the document designed in foreing language shall be translated into<br />
Turkish by a sworn translator in Turkey and be notarized, any approve will be demand.<br />
6.3.2. İhaleye yerli istekli olarak teklif verilmesi halinde;<br />

6.3.2.1. 6.2 ve alt maddelerinde istenen belgeler Türkçe olarak verilecektir. Bu nedenle; söz<br />
konusu maddelerde yer alan kurumlar tarafından onaylanması yeterlidir. Onaylı belgenin aslı veya<br />
aslına uygun olduğunu belirten bir şerh taşıyan noter tasdikli sureti teklife eklenecektir.<br />

İşleri Bakanlığınca, hiçbir şerhe yer verilmeksizin belgeyi düzenleyen ilgili kurumun var olduğunu<br />

The documents provided abroad/not in Turkish shall be presented together with their copy in<br />
foreign language and its Turkish translation. Therefore, the copy prepared in the foreign language<br />
