(7) "Model year" is the manufacturer's annual production period which includes January 1 of a calendar<br />

year or, if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year. In the case of a vehicle<br />

manufactured in two or more stages, the time of manufacture is the date of completion of the chassis.<br />

(8) "New vehicle" means a motor vehicle with model year of 2009 or newer with 7,500 miles or less on<br />

the odometer when the vehicle is initially registered under ORS 803.420(1), 805.100 or 805.120.<br />

(9) "Oregon Low-Emission Vehicle Program standards" means low emission motor vehicle standards as<br />

adopted by the Department of Environmental Quality in OAR chapter 340, division 257.<br />

(10) "Replica" as defined in ORS 801.425 and these rules, means a vehicle with a body built to resemble<br />

and be a reproduction of another vehicle of a given year and given manufacturer.
