(7) "Model year" is the manufacturer's annual production period which includes January 1 of a calendar
year or, if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year. In the case of a vehicle
manufactured in two or more stages, the time of manufacture is the date of completion of the chassis.
(8) "New vehicle" means a motor vehicle with model year of 2009 or newer with 7,500 miles or less on
the odometer when the vehicle is initially registered under ORS 803.420(1), 805.100 or 805.120.
(9) "Oregon Low-Emission Vehicle Program standards" means low emission motor vehicle standards as
adopted by the Department of Environmental Quality in OAR chapter 340, division 257.
(10) "Replica" as defined in ORS 801.425 and these rules, means a vehicle with a body built to resemble
and be a reproduction of another vehicle of a given year and given manufacturer.
