In Germany, for daily repair and renewal<br />
of the existing pipe network many utility<br />
companies use PE-HD pipe materials.<br />
For this project, in Memmingen a FriaGrip<br />
(<strong>UltraGrip</strong>) stepped coupling, utilizes a<br />
stainless steel support liner to connect<br />
an old grey cast iron pipe sized at DN80<br />
to a new DN100 PE pipe.<br />
