One year parts and labor Doyon limited warranty<br />

(Continental United States of America and Canada only)<br />

This Doyon Equipment Inc. warranty applies to all equipment that has been unaltered, properly installed and<br />

maintained in accordance with the Doyon installation manuals.<br />

Doyon products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship<br />

for a period of (1) one year from the date of original installation. This warranty does not apply to equipment<br />

damaged, abused or altered accidentally or intentionally or modified by unqualified service personnel or with<br />

missing or altered serial nameplates.<br />

Doyon agrees to rep<strong>air</strong> or replace defective parts due to flaws in material or workmanship during the warranty<br />

period. Labor to rep<strong>air</strong> or replace defective parts shall be warranted when performed by an authorized<br />

Doyon service agency. Travel over 50 miles, holiday or overtime labor charges are not covered.<br />

Proper installation, initial check out, or normal maintenance such as lubrication, adjustment or calibration is<br />

the responsibility of the dealer, owner-user or installing contractor and is not covered by this warranty.<br />

The JA Series from DOYON is known worldwide for its unique and patented JET AIR<br />

SYSTEM. The <strong>air</strong> moves in one direction for 2.5 minutes, stops for 25 seconds then<br />

moves the other way for 2.5 minutes resulting in a gentle velocity <strong>air</strong> flow for<br />

exceptional <strong>baking</strong> results. This system will help you bake faster and more evenly<br />

without having to turn your pans at half of the <strong>baking</strong> time (energy and labor savings).<br />

Ex: Competitor’s units will bake only one side or unevenly (muffins blow over,<br />

bakes only the outside, etc). Our competitor’s <strong>ovens</strong> allow the <strong>air</strong> to move in one<br />

direction only. DOYON <strong>ovens</strong> will bake better with 30% to 65% softer velocity and<br />

your employees will continue preparations without worrying about turning pans.<br />

DOYON’s outstanding uniform steam injection system includes an electronic timer<br />

which will give you a precise mist everytime for a better quality product (crusty<br />

breads, bagels, french baguettes, etc.). This superior steam system will allow inexperienced<br />

employees to produce quality products with a minimum of training.<br />

DOYON’s proofer provides uniform proofing from top to bottom with its even <strong>air</strong><br />

flow system, fully automatic humidity system for heat and moisture (no water pans<br />

to fill). It comes with heat and humidity controls. It’s the easiest way to proof!-<br />

The unique Jet Air system helps you bake 30% to 50% faster and<br />

more evenly than traditional deck <strong>ovens</strong>. This exclusive oven<br />

occupies 40% to 50% less floor space than a traditional deck oven<br />

and will double and maybe triple the production of a deck oven.<br />

BREAD MOULDER<br />

The Doyon Bread Moulder will mould your dough<br />

pieces for quality baguettes, long sandwiches, bread<br />

rolls, hot-dog rolls, submarine rolls, long shaped breads<br />

and various types of French loaves from 2.8 oz to 3.5 lb<br />

(80 to 1500 g) and 28'' (711 mm) long. The dough pieces<br />

are first formed by two cylinders then rolled and<br />

lengthened between 2 endless felt belt devices. The<br />

conscious owner. Use the stainless steel top for preparation<br />

then use the removable shelf to take your products out of<br />

the pans and let them cool down for longer shelf life. The<br />

oven mitts and other accessories with a minimum foot print<br />
