Speech of Chief Guest
Hon. Mr Justice Sirpurkar,
Judge, Supreme Court
to go there personally. You have to see what
has actually happened.
Therefore, I thought that this environment
issue if it can be brought before the
International Court of Justice. What the
developed countries have been telling us,
'you grow the jungles so that the carbon
created by us can be assimilated and for that
purpose we will pay you. Kyoto Protocol is
only about the carbon and how much do we
pay you. You will require lot of space, you
will require lot of time, you will have to also
go without the industries, your children will
be in the jungles, for absorbing other
carbon. We will pay you, but how much that
pay will be, it will be chicken feed for an
elephant.
Time has come when we have to think of
these issues. Why can't somebody start an
action on the Kyoto Protocol itself, on the
question of environment itself, on the
question of industrialisation itself. These
are too deep subjects.
These can't be discussed like this. But we
will have to find out the issues in which there
will be no conflicts. A Kashmiri child is no
different from a Pakistani child and a
Pakistani child is no different from an
Indian child, and a Sri Lankan child — if
he is living in Jaffna or if he is living in
Colombo — a child is a child. We will have
to create the issues. We will have to create
the popular vote for the welfare of the child.
That will be the real empowerment of the
International Court. Create the proper
issues. You can't empower the court by
creating or bringing in the enforceability.
You have to create the issues which would
by themselves be important to all and
would actually effect all, but would not be
against anybody. That would be the real
empowerment in my very humble opinion.
All this is extremely difficult. It's not easy.
One person has started it, he is already
facing it. I'll end by a famous couplet in
Hindi. Probably here everybody would
understand Hindi or Urdu. "Kaun Kahta
Hai Ki Aasmaan Mein Chhed Nahi Ho
Sakta; Ek Patthar to Tabiyat Se Ucchhalo
Yaaron"
(Who says a hole can't be made in the sky;
Throw up a stone with all your strength,
friend).
O' Mole Science Changed My Life
I am a busy person as Manager of City
Montessori School. I have no fixed timings
for my work. My responsibilities keep me
awake till late in the night. Excessive work
load and irregular life style adversely
affected my health for a long time. My daily
schedule included irregular meal timings,
late night work, visits to schools, attending
school events, Principal's meetings, school
functions, international events, meeting
parents and addressing students.
I suffered from general weakness,
stomach disorders and several other
ailments.
To remain healthy, to perform my duties
to my satisfaction, I used allopathic
medicines to get relief from fatigue, frequent
bouts of cold and cough and stomach
disorders. However, I only got temporary
relief after using these and as soon as the
effect of medicine was over, I got the ailment
back.
Empower yourself with the
answer to the questions that
you have asked us. All queries
received by the Foundation
by post/by phone/by hand
will be answered in this
column. You have the right to
know about Real Foods/Nutrition/Health &
Fitness.
Q1. What foods will help me to increase my
height?
Ans1. At your age, the bones are growing
rapidly. They require particular ingredients
to be built. Bone building foods are Sesame,
Cucumber, Anar and Almonds. Take these
only in compositions described earlier in our
articles. Avoid zero foods that fill the stomach
I was then advised to give up all
medicines and adopt a new life style as per
orthomolecular science, which affects the
life of a man at cell (smallest) level through
food chemistry. This science showed to me
the importance of combining foods correctly.
I started taking foods as advised and
found remarkable improvement in my health
very soon. Orthomolecular Science advises
foods that are tasty and delicious and that
such foods are to be taken regularly.
I am grateful to Dr Amitabh Pandit
for his kind advice to me. He is doing a
great service to our institution by educating
our Principals, teachers and students to
adopt a healthy life style by taking healthy
food as a Health Educator to CMS.
Today, I truly know that food is the
medicine for today and tomorrow.
Richa Pathak, student of class XI, CMS, Mahanagar (III) has become
the First Health Ambassador of Saidas Healing Foundation
but deprive you of growth producing
matter.
Q2. What should I do to stop my weight
from increasing?
Ans2. Undesirable weight gain is due to
various factors besides food quantity.
Avoid clogging and congesting foods like
Laiya, Chiwra and Maida. These reduce the
body metabolism and can result in weight
gain. Drinking a full glass of Carrot Juice,
(ALONE), in the morning will increase your
metabolism. Do not avoid EATING. EAT
CORRECT FOODS.
