Celebrate the long holiday weekend with<br />

some ATV riding fun. Sponsored by the<br />

Fifield Dirt Devils and WATVA, you can<br />

enjoy three days <strong>of</strong> activities that include a<br />

poker run, mud run, and an <strong>of</strong>f-road challenge.<br />

You can also ride the area’s network<br />

<strong>of</strong> 200 miles <strong>of</strong> trails.<br />

Colorama <strong>Ride</strong> – Marinette County<br />

Taking place near the peak fall color season,<br />

the Dun-Good <strong>Ride</strong>rs ATV club in<br />

Marinette County hosts its annual<br />

Colorama <strong>Ride</strong>. In addition to riding the<br />

trail system, the club also hosts a poker<br />

run and other events during the weeklong<br />

celebration.<br />

ATV Adventure Weekend – Gillett<br />

ATV Adventure Weekend’s three-day run is<br />

held in late September. Over the weekend<br />

there are several friendly competitions,<br />

vendors displaying the latest ATV products,<br />

an ATV Egg Rodeo, ATV Power Pull, X-<br />

treme Challenge course, ATV and motorcycle<br />

grass drags and a lumberjack challenge.<br />

Showcasing a variety <strong>of</strong> scenic recreational<br />

trails and routes, Florence County celebrates<br />

its hiking, biking, horseback riding<br />

and ATV trails. Proceeds from the event<br />

are used for trail expansion, maintenance<br />

and signage. For the 2007 event, the local<br />

ATV club provided 15 geocaching sites<br />

that were spread out over its 150-mile ATV<br />

trail system. Area businesses also host a<br />

poker run and prizes.<br />

Annual Pumpkin Run ATV Rally –<br />

Hurley/Mercer<br />

Sponsored by the Hurley and Mercer Area<br />

Chambers <strong>of</strong> Commerce, the annual<br />

Pumpkin Run <strong>of</strong>fers four days <strong>of</strong> fun<br />

including a poker run, fish fry, corn cob<br />

darts, nightly entertainment and rides on<br />

the area’s vast trail system. Fall colors can<br />

be at their peak, providing beautiful landscapes<br />

<strong>of</strong> red, orange and yellow.<br />

Ultimate ATV Experience – Crandon<br />

Test your ATV riding skills or catch the racing<br />

action at the Ultimate ATV Experience.<br />

Held at Crandon’s International Off-Road<br />

Raceway, there are trail rides, dirt drags,<br />

mud bogs, TT racing, an obstacle course<br />

and motocross racing. Organizers host several<br />

race series including the Ultimate<br />

Quad, Dirt Drag and Mud Bog<br />

Championships. They take place throughout<br />

the spring, summer and fall.<br />
