Throughout the year, many ATV events<br />

take place across the state. Here’s a sampling<br />

<strong>of</strong> some <strong>of</strong> the larger ones. In addition<br />

to these, many ATV clubs host events<br />

year-round. Check the <strong>Wisconsin</strong> ATV<br />

Muddy 13 Raceway – Hancock, Big<br />

Flats, Wittenberg & Crandon<br />

Taking place at several sites in <strong>Wisconsin</strong>,<br />

the Muddy 13 Raceway is dubbed<br />

<strong>Wisconsin</strong>’s Greatest Mud Bog Experience.<br />

It <strong>of</strong>fers ATV and truck mud bog competitions<br />

and grass drags. You can attempt to<br />

cross through the muck on your ATV or<br />

stay dry as a spectator. There’s even a kiddie<br />

mud bog for children.<br />

Enjoy the Dyracuse Recreational Area while<br />

helping to make a difference. This late<br />

summer event is a benefit ride for the<br />

Exceptional Citizens <strong>of</strong> Adams County. In<br />

addition to the benefit ride, food and<br />

drinks are available. It’s not only a great<br />

way to spend a day at the park, but also a<br />

terrific way to donate to a worthy cause.<br />

Park Falls Mud Run.<br />

Memorial Weekend ATV Rally –<br />

One <strong>of</strong> the largest and longest running<br />

ATV events in <strong>Wisconsin</strong>. Activities<br />

planned during the three-day event<br />

include a poker run, cookouts and live<br />

entertainment. Area restaurants sponsor<br />

breakfast, lunch and dinner specials. In<br />

2005, the parade set the Guinness World<br />

Record for the largest ATV parade ever<br />

with a whopping 687 ATVs in the parade.<br />

That record has since been broken, but<br />

organizers hope to beat the new record <strong>of</strong><br />

1,138 ATVs in 2008.<br />
