• Creating business documents in MS Word 2007: letters, résumés
• Creating and troubleshooting bulleted and numbered lists
• Changing line and paragraphs spacing
• Using font styles and effects
• Inserting pictures and other graphic elements
• Setting up documents for printout and troubleshooting printing problems

— Applying number formats
— Managing alignment
• Creating simple formulas
• Using simple mathematical functions: sum, average, min, count
• Preparing Excel spreadsheets for printing
