MODEL ML-15W MANUAL WINCH ELEVATING WORK PLATFORM The manual winch system is operated from ground level and elevates the platform to the desired working height. With the outriggers set, the operator climbs the access ladder to the platform. The cable lift system includes an emergency stop fall arrest device. Heavy duty and rigid in construction, it meets the strength and dimensional requirements of ANSI standard A92.3- 1990.
