Mikron IMPI-34 - fast and reliable
Experience gives confidence
The IMPI-34 is a fully automatic machine for ink filling
and assembly of ball pen refills. It is designed expressly
for the production of cartridges of the capillary type,
where high output and simplicity are of prime importance.
The machines durability and ease of operation have
made it a favourite of ball pen manufacturers throughout
the world. It is equally efficient with either brass
or plastic tubes.
The machine operates with cartridge in a horizontal
position, being advanced by a drum type feed. With
the Mikron IMPI-34 the crimping of the cartridge is
done on the machine and is readily adjustable. The
machine features the usual Mikron detection devices
to assure safe, clean, operation. All motions and devices
are achieved mechanically with cams mounted on
the camshaft, which assures precise and exact operation.
On special request, the machine can be supplied with
a hot stamping device which allows the client to blind
stamp his name on the plastic cartridge at the time it
is being assembled.
The most efficient way to produce ball-point tips
and refills
The ball-point pen is today one of the most popular
instruments used by man and is perhaps the most
widespread in daily use. Mikron SA Agno first became
involved with the production of ball-point tips in 1945
and is today a world leader with a comprehensive
range of fully automatic precision machines and auxiliary
equipment for the mass production of ball-point
and roller tips and for the assembly and injection of
refills.
World-wide customer service
Mikron engineers are specially trained to handle the
installation of machinery and equipment at the customer’s
plant, to impart the necessary instructions to the
personnel who will run that plant, and to set production
in motion.
