4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Philippine National Police and
inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 5:00PM during
working days.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from
October 2, 2012 until October 24, 2012 from the address below and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount indicated above.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government
Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the PNP website, provided that Bidders
shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents on or before the submission of
their bids.

6. The Philippine National Police will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 11, 2012 at
2:00 PM at PNP Main Conference Room, 3 rd Floor NHQ PNP Building, Camp Crame,
Quezon City, which shall be participated in only by bidders who have purchased the
Bidding Documents.
7. Bids must be submitted to the address below on or before October 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the
amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on October 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM at PNP Main Conference Room, 3 rd
Floor NHQ PNP Building, Camp Crame, Quezon City. Bids will be opened in the presence
of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall
not be accepted.
During Submission/ Opening of Bids: Original brochures or any related materials shall be
included in the eligibility/ technical envelopes/ folders to be submitted.
Post Qualification: The bidder with the lowest calculated bid must submit sample of the
items within five (5) days from the opening/ submission of bids for post qualification test
and evaluation.
8. The PNP reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses to the eligibility
requirements and to this Invitation. The PNP further reserves the right to reject any and
all proposals, or declare a failure of bidding, or to cancel the bidding at any stage of the
procurement process, or not to award any contract, and makes no assurance that contract
shall be entered into as a result of this invitation.
