29 During Submission/Opening of Bids: Original brochures shall be included
in the TECHNICAL COMPONENT Envelopes.
Post Qualification: Within three (3) calendar days from receipt by the bidder
of the written notice from the BAC that the bidder has the Lowest Calculated
Bid or Highest Rated Bid (LCB/HRB), the bidder shall submit to the BAC
Secretariat the original or photocopies duly authenticated by the issuing
agency/entity the following documentary requirements:
a) Tax Clearance;
b) Latest Income and business tax returns;
c) Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration; and
d) Other appropriate licenses and permits required by law and stated in
the Bidding Documents.
All partners in a joint venture shall likewise submit the above documentary
requirements, and in case of foreign bidders, their equivalent. The foregoing
documents shall comply with the required formalities as provided under
Clause 5.2 and 11 of BDS.
Equivalent documents aforementioned shall be subject to final
determination as to their admissibility by the BAC upon recommendation
of the TWG during the post-qualification.
