m i l l i s o u t l i n e d . The n a t u r e o f v a r i o u s
p r o d u c t s and b y p r o d u c t s and t h e i r p r o p o r ­
t i o n s a r e shown. While t h e o r e t i c a l o u t p u t
o f s p l i t k e r n e l s ( d h a l ) was 84.7%, o n l y
76.1% was recovered in t h e t e s t r u n and
10% was u n f i t f o r human consumption. Losse
s a r e a s c r i b e d t o f a u l t y r o l l e r s and
s h e l l e r s , r a t s , b i r d s , and s t o r a g e i n s e c t s .
