GOAL PROGRAMS<br />
The GOAL programs allow you<br />
to select one of three programs,<br />
TIME GOAL, CALORIE GOAL, and<br />
DISTANCE GOAL. These goals are<br />
designed to run until you have<br />
reached your set target goal.<br />
Setup for the GOAL PROGRAMS<br />
begins just as any other program.<br />
The user will press the GOAL<br />
program key.<br />
1. Use the arrows to select TIME GOAL, CALORIE GOAL, or<br />
DISTANCE GOAL program.<br />
2. Press ENTER to select.<br />
3. Set the goal value you would like to reach, either TIME,<br />
CALORIE, or DISTANCE.<br />
4. Set user age, set weight, and set resistance.<br />
PREMIER<br />
When you have entered your information you will be asked to press START<br />
to being the program. Once you have reached your goal the program<br />
will end.<br />
