USING THE PROGRAMS<br />
SELECTING QUICK START<br />
The easiest way to begin exercising<br />
is to simply press the START key.<br />
You will begin exercising at a<br />
MANUAL resistance program<br />
in which you can change the<br />
resistance levels to meet your<br />
goals. Current default settings will<br />
be used to determine exercise<br />
feedback.<br />

CHOOSING A PROGRAM<br />
Press the UP s or DOWN t<br />
keys to scroll through the program<br />
selections (<strong>Manual</strong>, Sprint 8,<br />
Intervals, Fat Burn, Mountain,<br />
Random, Watts). When you arrive<br />
at your chosen workout, press the<br />
ENTER key.<br />
ENTERING AGE<br />
When prompted by the message<br />
center to enter your age, use the<br />
UP s arrow or DOWN t arrow<br />
to adjust displayed age to the<br />
correct value. This information will<br />
affect your “% Max. Heart Rate”<br />
feedback.<br />
