Two Teachers Max Class Size: 15
Preschool lays the foundation for the 4-year old Pre-K
class. Our Core Tuesday/Thursday class offers a variety
of learning experiences. A portion of our curriculum includes
introduction to Color, Shape & Letter Recognition,
Beginning Phonics, Number Identification, Free Play &
Dramatic Playtime, Following Directions, Art & Sensory
Engagement, Music & Creative Movement, Seasons &
Weather Observation, Animals & Plants, Safety, Nutrition,
& Hygiene, Fine/Gross Motor Coordination, Manners &
Socialization, and Outdoor Education.v

OPTIONAL MONDAY
Reading Class
Class will build on the basic preschool skills using literature,
art and music to reinforce the concepts of letters,
shapes & numbers.
Location Early Education Rooms A & B
Child must be age appropriate by September 1, 2012.
Child must be potty trained.

Two Teachers Max Class Size: 17
Pre-Kindergarten develops the building blocks for Kindergarten.
Pre-K core classes reinforce and expand upon all
of the concepts introduced in Preschool. Graphing & Patterns,
Problem Solving, and Sequencing are added to the

OPTIONAL TUESDAY
Spanish/Geography Class
This Spanish/Geography/Cooking based class focuses
on maps, native customs and cooking for a portion of the
class. This class will include 30 minutes of full Spanish
immersion instruction.

Science/Math Class
This Science and Math based class will focus on handson
science and math activities, help develop analytical
thinking and problem solving skills.
