SeasonalSELECTIONS Heavy Seas Riptide White IPA Sierra Nevada Hoptimum Whole- Cone Imperial IPA Sierra Nevada’s one-of-a-kind hurricane of whole-cone hop flavor is back for 2013 in their High Altitude Series. This massive hopforward monster features many new school hop varieties including Magnum, Citra, Simcoe and new experimental hops that have yet to be named! Hoptimum is hopped in the kettle, dry-hopped, then torpedoed for the most intense hop flavors ever conjured in a whole-cone imperial IPA. This freshhop ale is made with unique hops from New Zealand, which are picked, dried and shipped to the brewery within seven days of the fields. The interesting spicy and floral hops including Southern Cross, Pacifica and Motueka varieties are unlike any of their cousins grown north of the equator. This is the sixth release of this one-of-a-kind beer and a great addition to the world of fresh-hop ales. Notes of figs, biscuit and caramel balance the luxuriously decadent grape and oak flavors from the brandy barrel aging process. SeasonalSELECTIONS Sly Fox Royal Weisse Cans This unfiltered, Bavarian-style wheat beer is brewed with German Pils and wheat malts and hopped with German Northern Brewer hops. The release of cans every spring is a sure harbinger that warmer weather is on the way. The name is derived from the fact that, until 1872, wheat beers in Bavaria could only be brewed by royalty in stateowned breweries. Royal Weisse is a year-round favorite on tap all over the Philadelphia region and a popular seasonal canned release each spring. This mediumbodied, fruity beer is delicious, no matter what season. ABV: 5.6% Packages: 12 oz. cans and draught Availability: 12 oz. cans in March, draught year-round 21st Amendment Hell or High Watermelon Wheat Hell or High Watermelon Wheat is brewed using a classic American wheat beer, which undergoes a traditional secondary fermentation using fresh watermelon. This straw-colored, refreshing beer has a kiss of watermelon aroma and flavor.
