A study of schools of philosophy and psychology in their theories regarding religious
development and values formation. Specifically the psychological theories of Erikson, Kohlberg,
Hall and Fowler vis a vis Filipino culture, Psychology and Philosophical orientations will be

highlighted in the professional practice of accompaniment.

Formators explore the development of personality and spirituality using the theoretical and
empirical approaches. The socio-cultural aspect of personality in the context of formative
